Even with his normally hectic schedule, Donald Trump is having a memorable Sunday.
The President surprised everyone by playing golf with Tiger Woods at Trump International in West Palm Beach, Florida, right before the Super Bowl. He will go to Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans later in the afternoon.
Over the years, Woods and Trump have become closer, and in 2019, during Trump’s first term, Woods was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom. They have gone on several outings together because of their mutual love of golf, and today is no different.
Along with his Super Bowl appearance and golf outing, Trump will also be interviewed by Bret Baier of the Fox News Channel at 3:00 p.m. ET. Even though politics has demands every day, this Sunday seems to be one of the few times when work and play coexist peacefully.
Tiger Woods is a very important person to President Trump.
Following the death of Tiger Woods’ mother, Kultida Woods, earlier this week, Donald Trump sent his condolences to Woods. He expressed his genuine concern for his friend Tiger in a heartfelt message.
“I recently learned that Kultida, Tiger Woods’ amazing mother, passed away. She has moved on to more verdant fairways!” Trump posted something. Tiger was greatly influenced by Kultida Woods, who provided him with a lot of his strength and intelligence. Melania and I offer Tiger and his amazing family our prayers and love.
Regarding Woods’ plans, it’s still unclear if he will go to Sunday night’s Super Bowl.
