Donald Trump has reportedly reignited his interest in purchasing Greenland, engaging in a heated 45-minute call with Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen.
Trump insists U.S. ownership of Greenland is vital for national security, claiming Denmark may not have legal rights to it and should relinquish control to protect the “free world” from China and Russia.
Greenland’s leaders, including Prime Minister Mute Egede, have firmly rejected the idea, calling the proposal disrespectful.
Danish politician Anders Vistisen responded bluntly, telling Trump to “f**k off.”
Despite strong opposition, Trump remains determined.
Representative Buddy Carter revealed Trump’s intended new name for Greenland: Red, White, and Blueland.
Carter praised the move, calling it a significant step toward strengthening America.
This follows Trump’s renaming of the Gulf of Mexico to the “Gulf of America,” reinforcing his vision of expanding U.S. influence.
