A Mexican citizen, Samuel Mendoza-Torres, 29, is facing charges for attempting to bribe a U.S.
Border Patrol agent after being arrested for illegally entering the U.S. on February 8, 2025. Mendoza-Torres

a Honduran citizen with a criminal history, arrested for illegal re-entry into the
U.S. after being deported multiple times. Each faces significant prison time if found guilty.
