Curtis Has Strong Words For Pamela Anderson And Liam Neeson Rumors

Jamie Lee Curtis had a strong response when asked about the rumored relationship between Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson. The three stars are all part of the new reboot of The Naked Gun, but the attention has shifted from the film to the possible romance developing off-screen. Rumors started after Neeson spoke kindly about Anderson during interviews, calling her “gorgeous” and praising her personality. He said: “She had this wonderful sense of silliness, and just humanity about her.” Anderson also had good things to say. She told the press: “He brings out the best in you…with respect, kindness and depth of experience. It was an absolute honour to work with him.” According to a source who spoke with the press, there might be a “budding romance in the early stages” and that “it’s clear they’re smitten with each other.” That set off a wave of speculation online, with many fans assuming they were now a couple. Curtis wasn’t having it. She told one outlet: “With all due respect to pop culture, if love has found its way into that relationship, God bless them both. Leave them the f**k alone! And let them like each other, because both of them have had hardship, and they’re both beautiful humans…it makes me cry. “They’re beautiful human beings, and if they have actually found an intimate love with each other, we should all go to bed tonight feeling better.” Curtis also brought up Neeson’s past. She said: “And [Neeson] also suffered an unimaginable loss, so young and, you know, he’s had a really hard go of it.” The couple’s red carpet appearance at the film premiere had fans buzzing that they had “hard-launched” their relationship. Curtis commented: “If, in fact, these people have ‘hard-launched’, then wish them the best and leave them alone.” Neeson has been private about dating since his wife Natasha Richardson died in 2009 after a skiing accident. In a past interview, he said he was “past all that.” But it sounds like Anderson may have changed things. In a new quote, Neeson said: “With Pamela, first off, I’m madly in love with her. She’s just terrific to work with. I can’t compliment her enough, I’ll be honest with you. She’s funny and so easy to work with.” He even joked about their love scene in the film, saying it was so intense that the intimacy coordinator left the room. Neeson said: “I can’t take this! This is too hot for me. I’m going for coffee.”
