Simply place the beans in a slow cooker with water or broth and then let them cook for a few hours. You can add whatever spices you want – I usually add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
But you can add as many as you want – it’s really customizable.Once the beans are cooked, you can serve them any way you like. I usually like to eat them as a side dish, but they are also excellent as a main dish. It is also very healthy – it is full of protein and fiber.
