After weeks of rumours regarding Kate Middleton\u2019s whereabouts and well-being, friends of the princess have said that the way she was compelled to announce her cancer diagnosis was \u201calmost desperate.\u201d The Princess of Wales revealed the devastating diagnosis in an open video that she posted on Friday night.<\/p>\n

She said that she had wanted to take some time to explain things to her kids before sharing the news with them. According to reports, the film was scheduled to release during the youngsters\u2019 Easter break from school.<\/p>\n
