<\/p>\nSan Diego faced multiple wildfires on Tuesday, prompting school closures, power cutoffs, and urgent evacuation orders.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, Los Angeles officials remain on high alert due to strong winds and dry weather conditions.<\/p>\n
Firefighters have battled three separate fires in the area of Northern San Diego that posed immediate threat to life in the area.<\/p>\n
The largest of all, the Lilac Fire, affecting 85 acres. This led to evacuations in Bonsall, a small town roughly 45 minutes from San Diego.<\/p>\n
As per reports, 86 residents were evacuated and two buildings were affected by the fire. Working tirelessly, firefighters have successfully contained approximately 50 percent of the Lilac Fire.<\/p>\n

\u201cFirefighters are making good progress on the fire. The fire activity has decreased significantly,\u201d San Diego County Fire said in an update posted on X Tuesday morning.<\/p>\n
The Riverview Fire, a second blaze, burned an acre of land before firefighters managed to contain it.<\/p>\n
The Pala fire broke out an hour after the Lilac Fire, at around 2:30 a.m. local time. It burned around 17 acres of land.<\/p>\n
San Diego County District 5 Supervisor Jim Desmond wrote on X that \u201cMandatory evacuation orders are in place, and I cannot stress enough the importance of evacuating immediately and listening to first responders.\u201d<\/p>\n
