to fill up strategic oil reserves and distribute U.S. energy globally.<\/p>\n

He declared illegal immigration at the US-Mexico border a national emergency, planning to send troops to help immigration agents and restrict refugees and asylum.<\/p>\n

He signed executive orders regarding foreign affairs as well.<\/p>\n
