On the December 6 episode of the Unashamed with the Robertson Family podcast, Jase Robertson shared the heartbreaking news about his father Phil\u2019s health struggles.<\/p>\n
\u201cPhil\u2019s not doing well,\u201d Jase revealed. \u201dI think I mentioned on the 1,000th podcast that we were trying to figure out the diagnosis. According to the doctors, he has some sort of blood disease causing all kinds of problems.\u201d<\/p>\n
Unable to go duck hunting
\nDespite his condition, Phil joined the family for a duck hunt just 10 days earlier, but it wasn\u2019t the same.<\/p>\n
\u201cBut my dad did not fire his weapon, nor did he say much,\u201d Jase shared, his voice heavy with emotion. His father admitted to feeling \u201cmiserable\u201d during the outing.<\/p>\n

Doctors remain hopeful about slowing the progression of Phil\u2019s memory loss, Jase said, but the signs of decline are unmistakable.<\/p>\n
