<\/p>\nPrince Harry and former Suits star Meghan Markle got married in 2018 after they began dating two years prior.<\/p>\n
In January 2020, they resigned as senior Royals before moving to Southern California but have maintained their titles as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.<\/p>\n
Since then, the couple have leaked a number of\u00a0tragedy\u00a0claims about how they were allegedly lived by both the Royal family and palace staff.<\/p>\n

In a 2021\u00a0interview\u00a0with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan her shared about her treatment following her wedding to Harry and told the presenter that she\u00a0\u2018didn\u2019t want to be alive anymore\u2019.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n And, Harry\u2019s 2023 memoir Spare shared detailed the realtionships between himself, his brother and their respective wives, including an infamous argument in the build-up to his and Meghan\u2019s wedding that left his wife-to-be \u2018sobbing on the floor.\u2019<\/p>\n While it would take an Act of Parliament to delete the titles, the source recorded the Daily Mail that the Royal family is planned to permit their removal if they feel it is appropriate.<\/p>\n Speaking to\u00a0actress\u00a0Mindy Kaling, the 43-year-old added:\u00a0\u201cIt\u2019s so funny you keep saying Meghan Markle. You know I\u2019m \u2018Sussex\u2019 now,\u201d before going on to explain its significance.<\/strong><\/p>\n Meghan had previously told People that it became more crucial to her after becoming a mother, sharing: \u201cIt\u2019s our shared name as a family, and I guess I hadn\u2019t recognised how meaningful that would be to me until we had children.\u201d<\/p>\n One person commented: \u201cHer name is NOT Meghan Sussex. Her name is technically Rachel Mountbatten-Windsor. Sussex is a county in England & part of a courtesy title \u2013 NOT her last name.\u201d<\/p>\n And another added: \u201cMeghan Markle married Henry Mountbatten Windsor not Harry Sussex!
