A British man, Richard Thomas, 27, was sentenced to over five years in prison for raping a sleeping woman in 2013. He was recently informed he might have contracted HIV from the victim.<\/p>\n
Thomas, who had been drinking and using drugs that night, admitted he couldn\u2019t remember the assault but believed the woman\u2019s account.<\/p>\n
He entered her home uninvited and assaulted her while she was under the influence of a sleeping pill. The judge sentenced him to five years and four months and placed him on the<\/p>\n
