They bought an $18 million property in the Cotswolds region.<\/p>\n<p>After selling their six-bathroom California property for $29.9 million in January, they took jet another step to cut further ties with America. Namely, the couple have also listed their two-bedroom bungalow, which is also located in Montesito, California, according to People.<\/p>\n<p>The bungalow is near the beloved Butterfly Beach.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/boreddaddy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Screenshot-2025-03-22-193813.png?ezimgfmt=ng%3Awebp%2Fngcb2%2Frs%3Adevice%2Frscb2-1\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Frazer Harrison\/Getty Images<br \/>\nAccording to a representative from Riskin Partners Estate Group, the couple received \u201cmultiple offers within two days of hitting the market\u201d and eventually sold the property for $5.2 million, the publication reported.<\/p>\n<p>Ellen DeGeneres and Portia\u2019s stay in the countryside in England hasn\u2019t been smooth.<br \/>\nA source told the Daily Mail, \u201cEllen and Portia have had several issues with the place they initially moved into.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst there was the flooding, of course, then there was an issue with some locals complaining about some building work carried out at the property.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/boreddaddy.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Screenshot-2025-03-22-193901.png?ezimgfmt=rs:578x523\/rscb2\/ng:webp\/ngcb2\" \/><\/p>\n<p>They continued: \u201cSo the upshot seems to have been that they started to have a look around and then this property came up.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey looked at it several times. And they liked it more each time they looked.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo it does look like it\u2019s happening.
