The footage shows her arguing with the driver, insisting she could fit in his vehicle, while he repeatedly pushed back.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I can fit in this car,&#8221; Blanding insisted in the video.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.opposingviews.com\/.image\/t_share\/MjEyNzU4NTQ5MTMzMDc1OTc3\/lyft2.jpg\" alt=\"Dank Demoss selfie posted on her instagram, Photo Credit: dankdemoss\/Instagram\" width=\"507\" height=\"507\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Believe me, you can&#8217;t,&#8221; the driver responded.<\/p>\n<p>The driver ultimately canceled the ride, assuring Blanding she wouldn&#8217;t be charged. However, she has since filed a lawsuit against the rideshare company, claiming the incident left her feeling humiliated and discriminated against.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve been in cars smaller than that,&#8221; she said in an interview. &#8220;I just want them to know that it hurt my feelings.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>After posting the video to Instagram, reactions poured in\u2014with many siding with the driver.
