The Hollywood couple cherishes family time through games and date nights. They also support a meaningful initiative in their Nashville home, which serves as their passion project.
Country music star Brad Paisley and his wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, share a love story marked by their passion for family and philanthropy.
The couple’s connection began in 2001, when the singer invited his future wife to star in the music video for his song “I’m Gonna Miss Her.” He had been smitten with her years earlier after seeing her performance in the 1991 film “Father of the Bride.”
The couple later exchanged vows in March 2003 and built a family together, welcoming their first son, William, nicknamed Huck, in 2007, followed by their younger son, Jasper, in 2009.
Parenting their boys has been a rewarding experience, as Brad shared in an interview, “So far they’re pretty good,” while expressing pride in the young men his sons were becoming. The father of two highlighted the need to nurture humility and kindness in children. “You have to encourage that. Just encourage the good behavior,” he noted.
The Paisleys also take a thoughtful approach to screen time, allowing television only on weekends. “Otherwise, during the week, there’s just enough interesting things in the world without turning the TV on much of the week,” Brad explained, reflecting their commitment to fostering curiosity and meaningful engagement in their sons’ lives.
The couple’s dedication to raising their kids in a thoughtful and nurturing environment was also reflected in the home they chose to create those cherished family moments.
