You wouldn’t have missed the altercation involving Kanye West and Bianca Censori if you watched the Grammys earlier this week or even followed the fallout.

For those who were unable to see the scene, “Ye” and his spouse were on the red carpet at the 2025 Grammy Awards on Sunday night. The latter immediately removed her black feather coat to expose—well, pretty much nothing.

No, nothing like the surprise she had promised but didn’t deliver. We mean nothing in the sense that she was as close to being nude as it is possible to be and still be (maybe) legal.

Discussions over Censori’s attire—or lack thereof—have become commonplace in recent years. The 30-year-old model has regularly courted controversy by wearing a wardrobe that isn’t so much sensational as it is simply scantily clothed, whether she is walking the streets or attending upscale red carpet events.

However, the ensemble she wore to the Grammys this year was spectacular, even by her risqué standards. It was not long before individuals began posting their thoughts online, and it appears that everyone felt the same way.

The hashtag #BiancaCensori quickly gained popularity, eliciting reactions from internet users worldwide that ranged from amazement to incredulity and criticism.

”She needs to just put all that away… I’m all for women empowering their bodies, but this?” one user wrote on X.

Another penned: ”Aren’t there laws against this sort of thing?”

”It’s shocking but also so sad. That’s someone’s daughter that he’s brainwashed.”, a third added.

There has been a significant amount of written and spoken discussion about West and Censori’s outing. In fact, so much so that West has now been compelled to address a particularly intriguing rumor that claimed the famous couple had been “kicked out of the Grammys.”

West, who is nominated for Best Rap Song at this year’s Grammys for his song Carnival, attempted to deny them, criticizing US journalist Don Lemon in the process. There were conflicting claims that they had been evicted for not being invited.

Writing on his Instagram, West said, “This is the goofball that started the rumour that me and my wife got kicked out the Grammies 3 decades of innovating music and they always K***S like this.”

According to reports, the message has already been removed.

Lemon responded to the reprimand with a post of his own on Instagram, clearly not in the mood to take it lightly.

“First of all, Kanye, Ye – whatever your name is – I did not start a rumour about you being kicked out of the Grammys, I actually corrected it,” the broadcaster explained.

“I saw someone on your team who asked me to correct it because it had been reported everywhere.”

“So, first of all, get your sh*t straight. And you, of all people, calling me a c*n? That ‘Make America Great Again’ hat must be too tight on your head.”
