Sudiksha Konanki, a 20-year-old American student, disappeared while on spring break in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Surveillance footage shows her walking hand in hand with Joshua Steven Riibe at dawn before vanishing on March 6.
Riibe claims they were in the ocean when a wave pulled them out, and after making it back to shore, he passed out from drinking. When he woke up, she was gone,
