These crispy chicken fritters are a crowd-pleaser, perfect as an appetizer or main course. Packed with flavor and easy to make, they’re great for dipping in your favorite sauce!

Ingredients:

25 oz shredded chicken (leftover or canned)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 large egg
⅛ tsp dried thyme
¼ cup breadcrumbs
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Oil (vegetable or olive) for frying
Instructions:

Mix chicken, mustard, egg, breadcrumbs, spices, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Shape into small patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Fry fritters for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
